Upstairs is perfect for entertaining with an open floor plan including the living room with brand new leather couches, flat screen with DirecTV, AppleTV featuring Netflix instant library, updated kitchen and dining nook with a working wood fireplace, wall A/C unit and a full bath as well as the master suite with wall A/C, a king bed, DirecTV and an en suite bath with washer and dryer. Downstairs is a walkout basement that includes a den with a full size spring mattress futon for sleeping, a mini suite with a Queen bed, kitchenette and half bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a room with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have newer mattresses and waterproof mattress pads. The beds are made with crisp linens when you arrive and are laundered for you upon your departure. Bath towels are also provided along with laundry soap to wash them before you leave. All-in-all the house comfortably sleeps 10. This Cape Cod cottage is perfect for multiple couples, families with children or anyone who wants the benefit of separate living spaces for added privacy! The interior has fresh paint, carpet and decor in a contemporary yet traditional Cape Cod style. Improvements are made every year.
Outside there is a huge wrap around upper deck and a patio below with loungers and comfortable wood patio furniture for 10. Close to tons of great restaurants, the Wellfleet drive-in flea market, shopping, art galleries and more.
