We rent Saturday to Saturday. OFF SEASON: $900-$1595/wk
$275-$475/nt 2 night min. plus $200 cleaning fee. No cleaning fee with 3 nights or more.
50% deposit required to hold your reservation & balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit is $400 plus extra $100 deposit if you bring a pet.
There is a $100 pet fee for the 1st pet and $50 each additional pet
Credit cards accepted through paypal. Extra fee may apply. Bed linens and Bath towels are provided. Tenants have the option to launder towels prior to departure or to leave used towels unwashed and management will launder for the rate of $10 per load. There is a $50/wk discount for multiple week bookings. Please inquire House rules... This is a smoke free house. Dogs considered with pet addendum and proof of no fleas/ticks. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week. In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less. If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract. *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money. STORM/HURRICANE POLICY- No refunds in the case of inclement weather. We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance. REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued. We want happy tenants!
